I would like to thank the staff at Bluebird travel for all the help and guidance they gave me when I hired their services to transport 41 passengers to Scarborough for a Turkey and Tinsel 5-day break November last year.Due to the weather we were advised not to take the coach over the moors but this did not spoil our plans and our driver Tim thought of other places to visit instead. I made three visits to the company to discuss the plans for the two one day excursions and various other arrangements such as pick up points and times etc. Everything was well planned and the coach arrived at the arranged pick-up points on time and nothing was too much trouble for our driver. I was so pleased with the service which we all got that I am booking Bluebird travel again this year which also includes some monthly day trips to various places of interest. Thanks once again to a small but considerate coach company.
I am just writing expressing my thanks to your company for the friendly and efficient way in which the business was conducted. From our very first contact with you we felt confident that we would get a professional service with a personal interest and this has proved to be very much the case. In particular I would like to express a big thanks to Neil who quickly became one of the team and joined in with activities and his knowledge of Derbyshire proved invaluable which made the whole week a great success.
Just writing to say a big thank you for the coach you supplied for our groups outing, a big thank you to Tim our driver who was very helpful and informative, he had really done his homework, thanks to all concerned for making our day so special.
